When Stupid Visits Fox News
Sometimes I wonder just where Fox News and others get these so-called “experts” to comment on recent events. They all have some kind of experience, ex this or ex that. But today I heard a former ex-FBI or Secret Service special agent suggest one of the stupiest things I have ever heard.
As the media has told everyone, the piece of scum, Calafornia democrat teacher who tried to assassinate President Trump on Saturday had traveled from Newsom’s land to Washington by train. The “expert” lunatic that Fox had suggested that, because he could have carried the guns onto the train, we should now have TDS searches prior to someone getting on a train. One has to wonder, “Does this person still have a functioning brain cell?”
Airport security was put in place after 9/11. The purpose was simple: to try to prevent someone or some organization from hijacking a plane and flying it into a building. Because of this, we are now treated like criminals whenever we want to fly.
The last time I heard about a train being hijacked was NEVER! Just because he took a train to carry his guns would never have prevented him from getting to Washington, D.C. with them, because if he knew that he would have been subjected to a search, he would have just driven a car! Or, he could check them, just like one would do to fly with guns on a plane. And if he was really worried, he could have just shipped them to D.C. In other words, subjecting train passengers to the indignity of a body search would be just stupid.
Rail travel is totally unlike travel by air. Trains stop at big cities and small towns. They stop at these locations at all times of the day. To even think about placing TDS-type inspections before boarding a train is just total insanity.
My suggestion to all of the media is to try to find experts who are not on drugs, taking hallucinogenic drugs, or under the care of a psychiatrist.
