Milley has got to be one of the worst generals that America has ever had.  He is in the same classification as General Fredendall, who was disgraced at the Kasserine Pass in WW II, or General Burnside who proved his incompetence at the Battle of Fredericksburg during the Civil War.  The is a disgrace to this country.  It is appropriate that he is endorsing another loser, Kahlua Harris.
