Most people do not understand how government agencies can control our lives so completely.  The way they get away with it is bypassing “rules.”  These rules are just like laws in the minds of the bureaucrats.  The problem is that the only thing we should have to conform to are “laws” passed by those we elect, not rules we have no control over.  Here is a video that should give you a better understanding of how rules control our lives.
