I have written before about the overdevelopment that is taking place in Pageland. As the number of new homes are built, the quality of life in the town is guaranteed to decrease. The only people who will benefit from this are the land speculators, realtors, and real estate lawyers. Here is an article I found describing this problem while I was researching other issues facing Chesterfield County. 
To all of my friends in Pageland, wake up and smell the rot that will be your town if you don’t stop it.
